All sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
MAKE A RETURN
To make a return, simply fill out our form above or contact hello@straitthelabel.com. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label and further instructions on how to send your order back to us.
RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED USING A GIFT CARD
If you return an item purchased using a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the gift card equal to the value of the returned item (excluding shipping).
FULL PRICE ITEMS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return any full priced item within 14 days of the purchase date for store credit equal to the returned item’s value. Store credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange, unless the items are deemed faulty (see Faulty Items Returns Policy below).
STORE CREDIT AND PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS
Items purchased using a store credit or a promotional discount code are eligible for store credit returns.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Please ensure your items meet the below conditions of return. Item/s must be:
- Returned to us within 30 days from the purchase date;
- Returned in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, unused and unwashed; and
- Returned with all original tags attached. Please note that all swimwear must be returned with the protective hygiene strip intact and will not be accepted if this strip is removed or altered.
RETURN SHIPPING
We offer a fast and easy return process. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Simply print the label at home and attach it to your own packaging—boxes and shipping materials are not provided.
We encourage you to reuse the original packaging your order arrived in whenever possible to reduce waste and promote sustainability.
A flat $10 shipping fee will be applied to any return where the item(s) weigh over 5 lbs. This fee will be deducted from your store credit at the time your return is processed.
Please ensure the item is securely packed and meets all return conditions before shipping. Strait The Label is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt and tracking information for reference.
Original shipping charges and any taxes or duties paid are non-refundable.
PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS
Orders placed using a promotional discount code or store credit are only eligible for return for store credit. Refunds to the original payment method will not be issued for these orders.
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit under any circumstance.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a faulty item, please email our customer care team at hello@Straitthelabel.com with a photo or video clearly showing the fault and a brief description. All items will be inspected and assessed by our team. If deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement (if stock is available), or store credit note. Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards may not be returned or refunded.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds, store credit only.
PROCESSING TIMES
Please note, due to delays in our warehouse, our current returns processing time is 7-10 business days.
MISSING PACKAGES
We are not liable for missing packages. If your package is lost, please file a claim directly with USPS using your provided tracking number. You can click here to start the claim process.
